I bought a shirt and a before it was shipped out I asked to cancel and the buyer said “what a joke.next time don’t buy it then” so I waited a couple days to see if they would ship it out but they never did so I told them that it was fine they can just send it to me but they told me they cancelled the order already but it still shows the tracking and I haven't gotten a refund. I don’t know how to get a hold of some sort of customer service because it still shows the orders being shipped so when I click has not arrived it just tells me to wait until a certain date but I’m scared it’s going to be too late by then.
