Years ago I had a jewelry seller reset a stone in one of his settings. It was nice an the transaction went smooth. I contacted him recently to make this ring bigger an also repair of 2 other rings. He agreed an had me mail to him weeks ago. I have sent many messages to him to check that he received them an asked how it is going. He will not respond despite my messages. What else can I do. These pieces of jewelry have sentiment value to me an I am getting worried 😟. Any suggestions?
