Seller says they haven’t received the return package, that it was sent to the wrong address?

I used the return shipping label that eBay provided, and the tracking shows it was delivered four days after I shipped. The seller claims that isn’t his zip code (because a zip code and town are all that’s shown in the tracking info) and wants to know the exact address I sent it to. Can anyone please tell me how I can look up the address for the return label? Thanks so much.

You do not need to provide that information to the seller.

If you used the label provided by Ebay, and tracking indicates it was delivered, then you can ask Ebay to step in to help you:

1. Find the item in your Purchases.
2. Select See return details.
3. Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
4. Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
