Seller claiming short payment

Dear Members;

I just bought an item from a third party and paid the full amount of the invoice by Ebay. That is to say, the amount of the winning bid plus the S&H.

I've contacted the seller who claims the S&H is higher that the ammount specified by Ebay and that he is receiving less monney that what he expected on the winning bid.

I've mentioned to him that there may be a comission charged by Ebay and that thats something he should clarify with them and that also applies to the S&H charge because I can only make a payment for the ammount invoiced by Ebay.

Can you sudggest anythig else I should do? Should I bring this up to Ebay and if so How?
