Seeds being listed under category that indicates live plants!

Does anyone else have an issue with this. Your searching for a plant only to have your search results be cluttered up by sellers (mostly from overseas) with what turns out to be seeds. There is a category for seeds and they are listing their seeds in the wrong spot on purpose. If I wanted seeds I would look for seeds. Just a bit tired of it and hoping ebay wil do something about it.  Am I the only one?
