I can't seem to send a "second chance" offer. I complete the form, but it doesn't seem to work.
When the highest bidder didn't pay, I cancelled the auction. For some reason, it automatically relisted, so I "ended" the new listing. I went back to the original listing, located the second highest bidder to send them a "second chance". I seem to have completed the form properly, but no email seems to have been sent to the bidder and I can't tell what happened. I'd appreciate some feedback on how this actually works.
