Returns for eBay sellers

I sold a item I know that works to a ebayers with no feedback guy claims it doesn't work wants to return it even though I put no returns I'm afraid to take it back fearing I won't get it back in the same condition I sold it in,it has happened to me before sold a guy some great diecast cars got them back in pieces and eBay gave him his money back and I was **bleep**, what should I do in this situation.
