I'm trying to return an item and in the despripton, under return policy, its says in big bold letters,
"Exchange/Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, just return it within 14 days for a full refund, minus shipping cost. Please contact us prior to initiating a return so that we can issue you a refund authorization." , without any mention of a restocking fee.
But I guess, it says, "30 days money back, buyer pays return shipping, 15% restocking fee may apply", up top, next to returns, between Shipping, delivery, payments, Ebay guarantee ..
So now, the seller says I have to pay a restocking fee
Is this right? Do I not have a case to return for the full $139.99 refund ( minus return shipping)?
