Return label

I made a mistake and sent the wrong item to a buyer. Buyer contacted me and I told her to start a return. She was unable to do that because they wanted a picture of the item, and she did not know how to do that. I refunded her money and now she would like a shipping label to return the item back to me. How do I get a label to her when she never started a request for a return?

Once you refund the buyer, a return label via ebay cannot be supplied.  You can go to  https://www.paypal.com/shipnow    and print a return label.  Save it as a PDF and then send it as an attachment to an email to the buyer.
