Ebay seems to no longer have a phone number or email addresses and I'd like to know how to contact Ebay to resolve a billing issue. How?
A buyer did a return. The buyer did NOT return the item at my request because the item was defective. I issued a full refund to the buyer. But EBay still charged me $11.79 on 9/23 as a "Return Shipping Fee." Why is EBay charging me a return shipping fee when I asked the buyer to NOT return the item and the buyer did NOT return the item? I need to get this charge removed.
