Return Item that seller doesn't want me give me my money

  I was in a comunication with one seller, about a item that was nothing like was discribed, I diceded to return, but he think  that the ship is too expensive and we make a deal that he give back 53£ and we cancel the dispute...

 After I accepted, he asked me to give him a Positive feedback for sinal of trust, I did, now he asked me to cancel before he give me the money back...

 I think he is trying to scam me!!

 Please I need some help
