Restricted selling due to listing starter pistol

Ebay will not treat you fairly for years of selling in good standing if you list a item such as bb gun bb pistol (sorry there are only 1100 plus currently listed). I have been restricted from selling for listing a Brevettata Mondial X99 starter pistol which by no means can be altered or changed to fire projectiles, but 1107 sellers currently have pistols and rifles which fire projectiles at up to 500 fps (feet per second) or more, potentially killing or at least seriously wound a person. Ebay should really review there policies and procedures. They must lean left on these issues.
Just asking for fair treatment. Good luck and Etsy allows and promotes fair selling practices.
