Reshipping a lost or stolen item

Sold an item that shows it was delivered to the buyer but they claim they didn't receive the item. If I have to reship the item can I buy postage through eBay so I won't lose too much more money on this transaction?

If tracking shows this item was delivered to the address shown when the Buyer checked out on eBay, you are protected by eBay. The Buyer needs to open an Item Not Received case. You would then need to enter the tracking into the case for eBay to close the case in your favor. EBay does not require that you refund or replace when tracking shows delivered.
