When a refund is requested, do you refund purchase price, purchase price + shipping? Customer requests it saying clothing had damage. I carefully inspected before shipping. Thinking they got, didn't end up liking and just wants to return. I offered refund of purchase, the askedif I would do shipping too...what is required by ebay? Thanks much. PS: Not a pro seller, just selling our outgrown items.
