How would I be able to contact Ebay directly to report a habitual non-payer? There are not topics to select to report a buyer when trying to send a communication. It sucks that this person is still even allowed to be a part of this community. What's even worse is that sellers can't even leave any negative feedback and instead are forced give positive feedback with negative reviews which gives the so called buyer higher ranking and positivity on here.
