So I issued a refund to the wrong buyer who was kind enought to notify me. I have now issued to correct buyer but need to get my money back from the other customer. Do I go thru ebay or paypal or can I just have customer send to my paypal account. I don't want to cheat anyone so I need to get this right...Help if you have any information...
