I had a buyer purchase a pre order item. The buyer then decided they did not want to wait. They sent a question, opened a case and asked for a refund. I was professional and answered their question and said I would be glad to offer a refund. I chose that option on the buyers dispute and thought it was done. The refund for $285 proccessed out of my paypal account on May 11th. On may 17th the case closed and then ebay also pulled another $285 out of my account. I reached out to PayPal and they said I needed to contact ebay about their charge of $285 and I called them this morning. I sat on hold for 66 minutes before I gave up and came here. Any Ideas?
