I have a refund request where we have agreed for the buyer to keep the item while I send the correct item at my expense. I have just set up a return policy allowing buyer to keep the item but do not know what to do with that in the refund request. Any ideas? Should I just send the correct item and communicate with buyer by eBay messages?
