Need to know how to report a buyer that is no longer listed & ripped me off for a purchase.

Bought Office 21 from a buyer and am being told the product key is invalid. The buyer is no longer listed and I want to report the scam to ebay

First get a refund - call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a fraudulent item.

If the seller's page says not a registered user, he has already been removed so there is no need to report.
