item purchased photo changed?

So I bought a ring from China and now the "purchased" photo is something I wouldn't own?
Wondering what's going on here?
Over a month waiting and still nothing...

Seller may have edited the listing for future buyers, but you can see what you bought by clicking on the item in your Purchase history and then clicking on View Original Listing.

If pass the estimated delivery date on your original order details, go to the Resolution Center and file an Item Not Received dispute.
