Ok... so some background. I have almost 2000 feedback, I have sold hundreds of thousands of dollars in gross sales on ebay in the past. I have never once had ebay have to step in and handle a claim or problem on my behalf. In the past 2 or so years I have not sold much, just the odd item here and there.
I recently started selling again, and am selling several items per day, and it seems to be picking up from there.
I was listing items 1 at a time, and just relisting it when they sold out, but I realized I was wasting $1 every time I did this for a new listing, so I went in and started putting QTY 10 for my items. While doing this I got hit with the "you have too many listings" error. Really? Great. So I start looking at my listings and going well this one is more popular than this one, so Ill reduce this one back to 1 or 2, and try and list this one at 10... only it wont let me change anything upwards even if I reduce the quantity on another.
I tried to request a limit, and it says they already gave me one, which is not true, I have not requested a limit unless they did it automatically.
So here I am, unemployed with nothing but time on my hands to ship items and I am being told that I have to grow slowly so that I can handle my order load. I guess the 15 minutes per day it takes me to process these orders seems too much for ebay? The whole thing is absurd (sorry this is getting kind of ranty lol).
Anyways... is there anything I can do to list more of certain items sooner than May 15th when they will let me request an increase again?
