I bought an item from a seller on ebay and got very nervious from his aggessive and insulting behaviar, and by mistake sent him a refund for the item he purchased. Is there anything I can do... This seller is so uptight he will not talk with me.

Your post is confusing. You say you bought an item from a seller, and then you say you sent a refund for the item he purchased. Are you the seller? If so, there isn't much you can do other than ask the buyer to send the money back to you. They may not do it.
