How to select just a first class USPS shipping option?

After I sell something that only requires a first class letter for .47 cents how do I select that? That shipping option doesn't exist. Thanks...

That option is not available.

Only first class package, which provides tracking number.

I recommend shipping with tracking.

8 oz and under is $2.60 until the rate change.
