I have over 2300 star reviews on eBay but have not sold anything for over a year. So now when I go to sell something it shows that I have zero reviews. Is there a way around this? This seems patently unfair

The percentage is based on feedback received in the previous 12 months.  If you were to buy an inexpensive item and receive feedback from the seller, you’ll be back at 100%.

eBay shows your feedback score of 2391 next to your name on your listing.  Buyers have to click on your feedback to see the 0%.  The % is for the last 12 months.  As soon as you get 1 positive feedback, you'll be at 100%.  Buy something 🙂

No way around it - Feedback ratings only show the last 12 months, it's always been that way.

Sell or buy 1 item, receive feedback and it will change to 1.

Buyers can still see & read all your older feedback comments, starting with that red donut unfortunately.
