Price Increase after puchase

I bid on an item and then realized the seller gave no information about the itme. I tried to contact him and he would not reply back to me. He also raised the price of the item and the shipping. Shiiping was $26.00 and went up to $37.65. I was unable to verify the price of shipping since there was no estimated shipping cost link. I then decided to cancel this order and I have not heard back from him at all. I don't believe this was a legitiment transaction.
