Price Guide Banner for Trading Cards

Hi All,

I have seen posts about this before and it seems the issue was resolved. I'm not able to access the price guide for trading cards online via Safari or on IOS APP at the top of the screen. Has this feature been removed or is this an Apple issue? I called eBAY and they seemed to not have any understanding of what I was asking and recommended waiting 1-3 days for this to be fixed? Any advice on how to get back up and running with the price guide would be most welcome.

Great, still not working. No response from the ebay team. 

Now I'm noticing since yesterday Terapeak won't load either...

 devon@ebay is a month the average down time for a feature like this? When will this be fixed? If this is not being taken away, how much longer will the banner be down?

Hey @herschelstradingcards! I know that the Product team is working to have this feature turned back on but I will reach out to see if there is a timeline that can be shared with yourself and others.
