Potential Safety Hazzard

I received an email from ebay regarding a possible Safety Hazard on some items I purchased awhile back.  It just says go to the contact and help link, but I cannot find out how I need to proceed. Can anyone help me please?

@lcminis   Can you please let me know what these items are and how long ago you purchased them?   I just want to know so I can get more information from eBay to see what the correct answer is how to handle these types of situations if it's past 30 days from the date of delivery.   That way I can expedite solutions for other buyers.

It is a plug in portable wall heater. I am assuming it is a fire hazard. Says safety hazard or recall.  Here is what I received. I looked it up in my purchase history and it was in the Fall of 2022, so already a year and a half. I still have one brand new in box, never used and the other only used a handful of times. I had ebay call me but she really didn't have a definite answer for me either, other than "guessing".

@lcminis   Let me look into this and see what you need to do.  Usually I think you'd contact the manufacturer for recalls.

@lcminis   I heard back from our eBay Community Team and they said you need to contact the manufacturer.   Since you still have one in the box you should have their contact information.
