Possible Scam: Buyer bought item and wanted me to send paypal money request.

I listed my apple ipod touch 5th gen 32GB on ebay to sell because I recently got an Iphone and no longer need it.  A buyer (shiyanmaje_5) with 0% feedback bought it and then got my personal cell number from Ebay.  they sent me a text saying "Thanks for accepting my offer.  send me a money request through paypal.  here is my email"

The buyer did not make an offer so I dont know why they said thanks for accepting their offer.  Also, they wanted to pay me an extra $100 to ship it to their nephew who is an overseas student.

I'm 99% sure this is a scam so I cancelled the order and blocked the buyer however there isn't much I can do other than block them if they continue to contact me on my phone because ebay gave them my number.
