Paypal not longer working at checkout

I can no longer use my Paypal account at checkout. It has money in it, and is not blocked, etc. I started having this problem a few weeks ago, and it never got resolved. I called eBay, and they told me it was a Paypal problem. I called Paypal, and they told me that this is a reoccurring eBay problem, and I need to use another source to pay with? They said ever since eBay started accepting other sources for payment, this glitch has occurred.
