Paypal Fraud

I have just sold an item and I get a message from Ebay saying that it is unpaid and being processed by Paypal.  In the meantime I contact the buyer and they say they have paid for the item but I need to accept payment. I look at my Paypal account and there is no transaction from the buyer.  Then I get a phony-looking email to an old email address from Paypal with all the correct info and they want me to fill out a form to claim the money (which is suspicious). So the buyer claims to have bought the item but it doesn't show up in my legitimate Paypal account.  Sounds like Paypal's been hacked and all payment to items I sell goes to an unauthorized Paypal email account. So what do I do.......should I request the buyer's email and request the payment through my legitimate Paypal email account?
