Paying for Shipping labels with Paypal NOT my e bay funds

for some reason E bay has it set up now so that my shipping label fees are deducted from my E bay funds instead of being taken out of Paypal which is the way I have had it for YEARS.  I know I can switch it every time I print a label but is there a way to change it so I don't have to manually switch it over to Paypal every single time I print a label. I swear I've searched this site ALL over and couldn't find a solution .thanks for your help.

When you buy your next label, switch to PayPal. That should stick are your funding source until you change it.
