Notification: "Your seller performance status is at risk in the global program."

I'm a Top Rated Seller.  In routinely checking my Performance section, there were two Notifications.  One contained details about the new ruling June 1st.  the other had "Your seller performance status is at risk in the global program."  I never received any notification, have not had any problems that I am aware of and could not click anywhere for specifics.  Need help knowing what this means and where to go for details. Thanks.
