No return option for wrong item

Seller sent totally wrong item. I sent a message to seller. Seller apologized and asked if he should send correct item. I sent seller a message that yes, please send it and I will start return process. There was no choice in the return process for a wrong item, so I selected that it didn’t fit (which it didn’t). The system said I would need to pay return postage so I didn’t proceed further but it opened a case anyway. I closed it and sent a message to seller asking how I should return it. I haven’t heard back yet and I don’t understand how there isn’t a wrong item reason. There used to be.
