Whose responsibilty do you think it to ensure PayPal transactions correctly show up on the eBay's system?

Transaction shows an incomplete on eBay

Transaction shows as completed on PayPal --Credit card has been charged confirmed by CC

eBay: "... cannot look into it any deeper since PP does not provide them any more info..."

PayPal: "... shows as complete... nothing else here..."
