Newbee Question: use of "Stock Photos" Clarification...

Greetings and Salutations new friends,

I am looking for clarity on the use of Stock Photos. Just read the policy and it is gray. I sell used clothing. Frequently I find pictures of the items being modeled and would like to share them. I don't want to use them as my cover photo just show my sellers what it looks like on a real person or if it is in a fashion magazine on "How to style" or something like that. HELP!

If you do not have permissioin from the manufacturer, you are not supposed to use stock photos. Ebay does not monitor this, but if the manufacturer ( or copyright holder) reports the listing, it will be removed by ebay with a copyright violation.
