I just received a negative feedback from a buyer in China. I always purchase insurance in case there is a problem with overseas shipping. This buyer said the item was smashed and packed poorly. He never contacted me but rather left negative feedback. It would have been paid for by insurance but he won't respond and now I'm left with a negative. He also had only 23 feedbacks. Does anyone have advice other than don't sell to someone with fewer than 50 feedbacks and don't ship to China.
