Negative FB due to Ebay Global Shipping fees?

I received my first negative feedback.  It read, "Over charged for shipping on 60 page pamphlet for Dummies made me feel like one".

 

I sold a $3.70 Samsung Galaxy S4 For Dummies Mini Edition Book (with free shipping).  The buyer purchased thru Global Shipping to Australia rather than buying from the many options available from EBay.Com.AU or other book selling sites in Australia.  I mailed it, and then received this negative feedback solely over EBay Global Shipping fees (my ship fees were zero).

 

Can this be removed?  Should I try to get the buyer to remove or change the feedback?  I refuse to refund her the Global Shipping charge on this; I feel I did nothing wrong with the transaction.

 

If someone purchases from me thru Global Shipping, should I make sure they are aware of the global shipping fees?  Is it the seller's responsibility?
