Need to cancel a sold item

Hi, I had an item that sold when I don’t have the item any longer. What’s the process.  The buyer already paid too. I sent a message but not response.

This is not good.  You need to cancel the transaction to refund the buyer with the reason out of stock.  The buyer can leave you a negative feedback and you will receive a defect on your account.  Too many of those on your seller dashboard can stop you from selling.  eBay does not like when sellers disappoint buyers.
