Need help with a return

I sent 2 auction lots to the wrong people (mixed them up) so now I have to get them returned to me and then send them out to the right people. I accept full blame and accept the need to pay the shipping on the returns as well as the second try shipping back the right items.  I just am not sure how would be the best way to do this. Could you give me your ideas? Thank you.
