NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

Buyer requests refund for mixer he says leaks. I tell him to return item for full refund and a return shipping label. He sends me back a totally different mixer, not mine. I file a case to stop refund until I get my item back. Ebay sends me a message "They have my back" on this issue. I finally get my item returned and he gets a total refund. Now because I filed to open a case, ebay keeps my final value fee, he gets all his money back and ebay allows him to give me negative feedback. This process went on over 4 weeks. I went to report buyer but their policy says I can't after 7 days. So much for having my back, I get punished, a negative feedback and loose my final value fees because a buyer does something wrong.
