My shipping labels won't generate

I need help! I have 10 orders to ship and they won't generate in bulk shipping. Says Error shipping service unavailable.... I tried them individually and same thing "Something went wrong". I tried restarting my computer, tried refreshing, tried the virtual assistant, but only got generic options. Said agent isn't available. Anybody know what to do here?  I originally had 11, and somehow 1 finally generated, so I printed that one, but I have 10 more!

eBay is aware of the issue and is working to correct it.  You can check the status here -

If shipping is not available by when you need your labels, open a free account at pirateship.com.  It integrates with eBay so you can import shipping data and export tracking data. USPS rates are the same as eBay, but you can’t get the standard envelope label there.
