My purchase became damaged before shipment

Hello everyone.....I purchased a rage doll on the 28th.  When I asked the seller if there was a tracking #....last evening... they told me the doll had become damaged and showed me pics of a very torn arm and sleeve.  They said they would give a partial refund if I still wanted it.  The damage was bad and I told seller I couldn't repair it as it is a gift for a granddaughter.  I asked for a full refund.  That's when the seller fell silent.

My question as if I don't see the refund today what is my recourse?
