Sold an item on Friday but it isn't showing up on my sold page. Paypal confirms the sale and payment and the message bell says the sale is complete but EB won't let me print a shipping label. Page comes up and says I can't ship because item doesn't belong to me. I was able to print a payment summary but that's all. Covid glitch? Anyone else having this problem?
