Moved from US to NL and can't seem to update item location and shipping methods. Help?!

Hi all! Well I managed to change my address in my business info on ebay, but when I go to list an item, it still says the item location is back in California (while I'm in Holland) and even if I change that manually, it gives me USPS shipping options, which obviously aren't available over here. How do I sell things from my new country and get the right shipping options in my listings? I'd like to contact ebay support but they won't be available for several more hours, I guess. Plus they'll probably try to call my US number, which I can't answer. Not sure I can give them my foreign cell phone number. Would appreciate some help, need to sell a few things! Thanks,
