Hi! Normally I don't have a lot of local sales, but in the past 60 days I've had 2 that I have personally delivered to the buyer's address.
These buyers have both left positive feedback. Is there any way to get defects removed for no Tracking Numbers on these types of sales?
I don't have time to sit on the phone during the day with a rep - it seems like there should be a way to have the tracking number requirement disabled when you choose "Local Pickup" when invoicing.
