Listing by iPhone has terrible consequences

I have been listing items for sale using my iPhone. The new EBay way of listing is leading to terrible problems for me: 

1) the default is to re-list, which I do not want

2) my listing prices are often not what choose 

3 there is often a “Buy-it-Now” option that I do not want

4) there is often a “Beat Offer” option that I do not want

Does anyone have advice for me?

Listing using my iPhone used to be so fast and easy, now it is not. 

And so I am not listing nearly as much, which hurts EBay too so this is ridiculous. 

Is Ebay aware of this?

Are others having these problems too?
