Listing Removed by eBay

I listed a LV handbag and ebay removed the listing as "Trademark violation Unauthorized item".  I called, they told me to take better photos and re-list it. I did and they removed it again.  So I have another LV handbag, same style that I bought more recently ON ebay.  Someone said I might run into a problem. That they may be "watching me" and ban me from ebay.  I bought both bags on ebay and to my knowledge they are authentic.  What should I epect?

Being listed on eBay is NOT proof of authenticity. NEVER. Most designer handbags you see on eBay are probably fakes.

Not all VeRO members are on the VeRO members list. In addition, some designers don't want even their authentic items listed here and will have eBay pull them too.

What can you expect if you list these handbags? A permanent suspention from selling on eBay.

Asking customer service if it's OK to relist an item pulled by ebay is pointless. Once an item is pulled, NEVER list it again.
