What is the sellers liability for selling a safety recalled crossbow with a dangerous defective safety mechanism. Mine is a new purchase of a crossbow made by TenPoint - the Titan TL-4. It was first recalled in May 18, 2015, yet seller states they "did not know". I just purchased one from them a week ago yet I found out right away. They have sold the same bow and state they intend to sell more?
