Last minute "winning bidder" cancelled 24 items and now I am responsible to purchase all of them ?

This seller has many items low listed and I had the winning bid on 24 or more items for about .15 to .50 each. I was then out bid AND WENT BACK AND BID AGAIN.

mOST OF MY NEW BIDS WERE anywhere from 4-6 dollars but still not the winning bidder so I thought I won 2 or 3 items and suddenly when the auction ended I was the winning bidder with my previously out bid price of 5-6 dollars on 24 items !

Had I actually been the high bidder I would not have bid on all of them. I bid on the additional items because I DIDN"T win the others.

I am suspicious of this entire situation and wonder if I am actually liableto pay for these items in this situation.

Oh and I just discovered seller has quite a few feedback accusing him of shilling.
