Items stolen.

I sold my canon 6d camera with 2 lens and a external flash on september 4th, 2017. The buyer just picked it up at the post office because they could not deliver it before. However, when he recieved the package, the post office said that the package was opened. This was a sign for disaster. Turns out the camera and one of the lens was stolen or missing from the package. I have a good reputation on ebay with 122 transactions and 100 percent positive feedback. I sent out all the items to the seller. The package was worth about $1300. I belive the package came with insurance and had signature confirmation on it. I dont know what to do. Im out of the money. I filed a claim with the post office and the seller already requested a refund and paypal took the money out from my account? wth. I dont know what to do now. Any help is good.
